IHRD has been providing immediate social services through its Thousand of active members to the needy people such as Immediate Medical Assistance services, Blood Donation services, Performed Major Mega events on Human Rights successfully, Counselling cases along with fact finding reports and based on evidences IHRD teams lodge Case diary before National Human Rights Commission in the interest of needy people at all times as a prestigious and No.1 Organisation which could possible only by your strong efforts and determinations in respect of various aspects within short span.
IHRD is pledged to Protect, Promote and Advocate Human Rights of all, at all times, without any discrimination of Religion, Caste, Color, Sex and Language and not to violate the Human Rights of others with respect to legal sanctity in the interest of needy people time to time rendering services in “SOCIAL JUSTICE & EMPOWERMENT” in each aspect of needy people in respect of Social Justice & Empowerment against violation of human rights of all at all times with obligation to Human Rights articles and integrity of the Nation as well as globally
To Counsel and Defend Human Rights & Fundamental Freedom, National Integrity, Communal Harmony, Universal Brotherhood in the interest of all religions in respect of Social Justice & Empowerment in all aspects as RIGHT ACTIVIST/HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDER of Society of all at all times globally.
To unite and join members under this Trust Nationally and internationally considering the ideology of the Trust and to open branch offices and to form State Boards, Division Boards, District Boards, Block Boards as deemed fit by the founder trustees time to time.
To run the Organization globally & its Operational activities, trustees have decided to collect nominal and reasonable non-refundable membership fees, postage fees, processing fees for Identity Cards, flags etc. considering to designations and assignments of members on charity basis without giving any remunerations to the members to form International Board/National Board/State Boards/ Division Boards/Block boards to serve needy people at all times globally. The membership and board fees will be decided by the Trustees as per actual time to time. It will be acknowledged to all before joining in Organization along with No Objection Certificate (NOC) Form.
To join International Members through Country citizenship obligating to Govt. rules and regulations time to time and open Branch Offices at anywhere in World to achieve the objects of the Organization.
To report all necessary information to Govt. and Competent authorities concerned periodically in respect of social services, activities and its impact in reforming Society through letters/presentations/Press conferences at all times. However, necessary correspondences with Government/PSUs/Central Govt. will be recorded by the Trustees under this Organizations at Registered Office.
To maintain Complaint Registers at all branch offices of the Organization and to register cases of needy people those who are being humiliated, exploited in Society and being harassed by anybody in their day to day life against which necessary assistances to be provided through authorized members of the Organization to Counsel issues related to Social Justice and Empowerment of the needy people in respect of various Family disputes, harassment in getting Health services in Hospitals, harassment in Educational Institutions and to intervene in the said matter and investigate the issues at ground zero for extending necessary Administrative and legal assistances to the victims from the competent authorities concerned time to time.
To empower common people to fight against corruptions by any means and strengthen people to
raise their voice to eradicate corruption in Society in case of violation of their legitimate rights at Ground zero at all times and extend immediate cooperation to educate them individually.
To counsel and intervene to reform society in various departments such as Anti-corruption/Crime Prevention/Agriculture/Horticulture and Water Resources/Women Empowerment/Child Welfare Department and its formation of board time to time. .
To visit and counsel cases and issues of needy people those are being tortured or ignored by the Competent Authorities to get their rights and authorized members of the Trust will assist to them as and when it is required Nationally and Internationally. In this respect needy people will submit their applications along with evidences to the Trust so that Organization will take up the issues to extend best cooperation to help out before all forums and necessary financial implications will be borne by the victims.
It is mandatory to use only official Authorized Identity Card of the Trust signed and duly coded originally from Registered Office in respect of Chairman, Trustees, Secretaries, Treasurer and all designated members of the Trust to create identify of the Organization at all times.
During emergency and unavoidable situations, Trustees/Members has to participate, support and defend human rights in case of any violation of needy people after receipt of complaints along with evidences, the Trustees/Members will alert immediate on duties to serve victims subject to exigency at Ground Zero. However, in case anybody opposes to the Trustees/members by road, street and in-front of vehicle during duties hours at any manner instead of facts explain before the person, he/she will be liable for consequences or losses on account of this and the Trust will take shelter before the Court of Law on account of such prohibitions to Trustees/members on duties during such period.
To render emergency social services to the needy & common people at Hospitals, Jails, Colleges, Educational Institutions, Schools, Police Stations, Community Health Centers and to inspect these places periodically along with Members of the Organization in obligating to fundamental rights and create awareness of Human Rights to reform society.
